Closely collaborating with Marketing, Tech and Product to create a user experience that draws users in and keeps them coming back to using our product

Being responsible for end-to-end user experience for our service, website, and learning platform

Playing a part in shaping the brand of Doyobi’s future product

Being the design police to ensure design consistency across all our assets, including digital ads, marketing collateral, website, and any other assets that require design

Building design systems, where necessary

Developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent to engineers

Leveraging insights to design iterations, from video recordings, heat maps and Google Analytics

Inspiring new opportunities through your understanding of competitive products and our digital ecosystem

Be a thinker, problem solver. You will help in both defining problems and designing solutions for them

3-5 years experience with UX/UI design for web and mobile
-
Comfort with writing clear, concise UI copy
-
Strong, demonstrated portfolio of compelling, thoughtful, and engaging digital solutions.

An ability to define which problems require solutions, and which don't

Solid understanding of the web as a medium: responsive design, accessibility, grids, sizing, web typography, responsive design, and what it means to realize designs in a multi-device world

Working understanding of web interactions: patterns, best practices, common challenges, and solutions to those challenges

Able to work off abstract concepts

Have a collaborative, self-motivated, “always-learning” spirit, interested in identifying and solving design challenges one experience at a time

Experience with Figma, Webflow, Customer.io, and various Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, AE, etc.)
