Growth position at Transcend Network
🎯 The main goal of this growth hire is to double the application volume of our two programs (Exploration Lab for idea-stage founders, Fellowship for pre-seed to seed-stage founders) by designing and executing our social media strategy and founder outreach.
This hire will be responsible for creating and executing on:
- a social media strategy with guidance from our head of community (Twitter + Linkedin)
- email marketing strategy with guidance from our program manager (Substack + monthly email digests)
- founder outreach strategy with guidance from our co-founder (for the Transcend team to have 100 founder conversations a quarter)

We are looking for someone who is early or just starting in their career and looking to empower the future of education and work through their budding growth and marketing skill set. We are a team of 4 spread across the world and invest heavily in the growth of our team members as our company grows.
