Electives is looking to expand our Learning Experience team with an individual who wants to grow their career in a dynamic startup environment. In this role, you will be a key player in building and developing our community of Elective Teachers through Lesson Design and Curriculum Building. Your expertise and passion for learning will drive the way that Electives classes are experienced across hundreds of companies and teams worldwide.
Who you are
You are an expert in curriculum design with an in depth knowledge of current trends in corporate training and training content demand. You are also an efficient project manager who loves making new connections, building relationships, and growing people and experiences to reach their highest potential. You can turn complex, multi-faceted projects into seamless experiences. You are a systems builder and you bring structures to your teams. You proactively anticipate the needs and pain-points of learners, and don’t shy away from difficult conversations with teachers. You have a continuous-growth mindset for yourself, your team, and for the teachers who deliver learning experiences for Electives clients.
