Our AI leadership coach targets millennial and Gen Z professionals and helps them improve critical skills in as little as 2 minutes a day by fitting hyper-actionable tips into idle moments in their busy schedules.

We meet the learner where they are every day at work and make professional growth bite sized, continuous, & personalized.

We believe it is critical to start with the individual first which is why we are executing a B2C2B playbook, opening up a consumer-sized market opportunity with a no brainer pitch to enterprises down the road just like our product role models at LinkedIn, Figma, Notion, Slack. Our community grew 10x in 2021 and our movement is just getting started!

**Our challenge today (in a nutshell):**

As part of the growth team, your mission is to create a sense of conviction and purpose amongst our community and empower them to ignite the same passion in others.

Our strategy is to to turn our community into our growth engine by...

  • Giving them content and conviction to share the vision to the outside world
  • Making it super easy to bring people in (the app, the community, our social channels, etc.)
  • Showcasing leaders’ journeys and position them as the heroes so more people will want to follow their footsteps
  • Partnering with thought leaders to increase reasons to believe and expand our reach.

If we are successful, users will share Bunch with everyone whom they talk to about their work.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving, planning and overseeing our content initiatives for social media (hire & lead a Social Media Marketing manager, as well as hire and lead freelance creatives)
  • Driving strategic projects, like EmuLOVE (EmuLOVE: We create a flywheel that rewards our users for using the app and sharing the app with others via gifts that are “IG worthy”) or our Ambassador Program (We scale our community efforts via Ambassadors from our community and achieve 25% engagement levels (currently 14%).
  • Oversee Reactivation & re-engagement campaigns (Email, Push, and In-App content campaigns via Intercom, Braze and Firebase)
  • Setting up key experiments on our prioritized channels and identify opportunities for faster growth
  • Oversee paid user acquisition (Twitter, Google, Apple Search, Influencers)
  • Building out a world-class community & marketing team and leading our community manager and new joiners (primarily interns pre-Series A)

Your Key Objectives and Key results

  • Key KPIs & goals:
    • Grow our brand reach: from 2.5M organic social impressions in 2021 to 25M by end of 2022
    • Increase our monthly Product Page Views: from 6.5k (2021) to 65k (end of 2022)
    • Generate 70k installs from paid acquisition in 2022
    • Grow our engaged user base 5x: from 10k MAUs to 50k (at Series A in Q3) and beyond (100k end of 2022)

  • You are results-orientated and like owning stuff and be measured by the impact you make
  • You can connect to the DNA of a brand and develop brand intuition
  • You bring creative ideas and brainstorm with others easily
  • You are data-driven in decision-making and learn through rigorous experimentation
  • 3 years + experience in Marketing
  • You marketed to consumers and are passionate about brands
  • You love learning and have a growth mindset and believe that instilling that in others (especially at work) is the key to a better work life for everyone
  • You are passionate about work psychology and follow and enjoy content from Adam Grant & other influencers in the field

⭐ Bonus:

  • experience in social media management / media planning (focus on Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, but we’re also curious about TikTok)
  • experience in digital production/strategic planning (e.g. in an agency)

You have worked in an environment where/that:

  • Is fast-paced, dynamic and high in ambiguity
  • You worked in a team that had a mix of onsite and remote employees or all remote (not just 1-2 remote, at least 50% of total staff)
  • You worked directly with multiple senior stakeholders to design and complete those projects on your own as well as supervising others (interns, freelancers or employees)
  • You were directly responsible for one or multiple key results and were reporting at least on a monthly if not weekly basis
  • Where there is limited time to ship value to users and prioritization but also a “done is better than perfect” mindset is key
  • Where everything is possible if you just try hard enough
  • People collaborate intensely and show up as a professional sports team: all hands on deck
