The sales admin assistant is responsible for empowering our business development team by supporting them with calendar management, emails, and CRM management. This is a support role that is integral to the success of our business development team, by letting them focus on nurturing existing relationships and growing the community of leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Researching prospects with given search parameters and an ideal profile
  • Summarising and translating meeting notes from the business development team into our CRM
  • Sending follow up emails to our target leads and maintaining a cadence of communication
  • Scheduling calls, firesides and round-tables for our business development team (calendar management)
  • Supporting the business development team on various adhoc activities
  • Training will be provided

About you

  • You must have experience with professional emails and communications. You can comfortably write and summarise notes.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • You are highly organised and have a high attention to detail. (Experience working with large data sets is a plus)
  • You have experience with LinkedIn, CRM, and Google Suite.
